How to make platinum in warframe

Hello, im Eric and today im gonna show you how to make a lot of platinum in warframe.

Before we start, i am just going to say that this thing is going to take a while, its not "do that

and this and get alot of platinum", it will take a while.

First things first- about platinum

platinum is the "hard money" of the game, that is the game currency that you can pay real money to 

get it and it will let you buy good items easily in the game. Obviously you can just pay and get rid 

of all the pain, but if you dont want to, stick with me and i will show you how to.

Part II - earning parts for platinum

After we learned about what is platinum, we will start getting items in order to get platinum.

There are quite a lot of items to sell in this game, which are:

1. mods

mods are items that are acheived by playing any sort of mission in the game, and each can be sold for platinum, based on their rarity. common,uncommon, and rare mods are the mods that you can get from missions, and legendary mods, you can get those from baro kit'eer, which comes every two weeks and stays for the weekend. common mods will usually not go for much, you coculd get around 1-5 platinum from them, the same with uncommon mods, around 5-7 plat. rare mods, depending on their drop chances, will go from 10 platinum, all the way to around 200plat. and legendary mods, when leveled all the way to lvl 10, by using endo and in game credits, can be sold from 400 plat to around 1000.

riven mods: first achieved by finishing the war within quest, and then 

as sortie rewards, are special mods that make you do a challenge when equipped on a weapon, and 

when finished, the mod will open and show a unique mod for a random weapon, like so:

selling: these mods, when locked, can be sold from around 20-100 platinum,

depending on the challenge given. when opened, can be sold from around 1-2000, depending on what the stats you get. i suggest selling them as closed riven mods ("veiled") because it is much safer and easier to sell.

Part III - Relics and prime parts

Probably the easiest way to get platinum, relics are items that can be achieved from any endless mission (defence,excavation,survival,and interception), when you have those, you can go to your

navigation and select the fire icon:

 the "flame" is called reactant, when you go into one of these missions, you need to choose one of the relics that you have from the missions era (lith,meso,neo,axi)

and go to the mission. when you are in the mission you will see "fissures" lotus will tell you what to do with them. when you finished the mission you will have the option to take the item you got from your relic, or from one of your allies. the item could be a prime item, or a forma blueprint.

selling: you can sell the relics, which, by rarity can go from 1-200, or you can sell the prime items you got, and, by rarity, can be sold from 1-1000+. Tip: if you have lots of random prime items and you cant sell them for a lot, you can sell them all as "prime junk", every 5 random items you sell can go for 10-15 platinum, and is a good way to sell random parts you don't need.

Part IV - arcanes and arcane helmets

Arcanes are achieved by doing raids, special missions NOT for starters, that can go for up to 8 players playing it. i will leave guides for each raid at the end. 

selling: by rarity, arcanes can be sold from 10-350+ platinum for single, and 100-5000 for a set of 10 of the same one. Tip: you can sell "arcane junk" as well for 30 platinum for every 5.

Part V - syndicates

Syndicates are sort of "teams" that, by levelling them up with "standing" (points), can give you items that you can sell. standing is the money of the syndicates, where you can buy the stuff available 

to you or use them to level up and get more items. the syndicate weapons are the main source of platinum there, and can go from 30 - 90 platinum.

Part VI - timely events

Timely events happen sometimes, and give exclusive items only accesible through them

EXECPT from buying/selling them. one example is the "codex preview" which was an event 

that gave exclusive mods that are not available now. events like prime access and prime unvault 

are a very good way to get platinum but not fast. when you get the parts for the new prime access 

or the prime unvault, you dont sell them right away, you wait for it to close, and then wait a little bit more, and only THEN you sell them for a LOT of platinum.

one example is nova prime that just got vaulted, i have 5 sets of her, but i will wait a month or so to sell her because her price keep going up, and it will keep going up until she will be unvaulted.

no price can be known right now.

Part VII - Ways to sell

There are a few ways to sell all of these items, and we will begin with the Trade Chat

trade chat-  The trade chat is the fastest way to start trading, its built in the game, and nothing else

is required to it.

https://warframe.market/- the unofficial warrfame market is a much easier way to trade, because 

you can search for people to trade with the exact item you want to trade, it will tell you if they are online, for how much they want to sell, and will let you place orders to buy/sell as well.

discord trade chats- some discord servers like :Warframe unofficial has trade channels there, that are just like the trade chat, nothing special here.

WARNING- items that you should NEVER buy with platinum:
resources from the market- there is absolutely no need to buy resources from the market, as you get these literally from ANY mission in the game.
war-frames that are not equinox or ivara or ash- all warframe except for equinox, ash and ivara are easily obtainable by just playing the game, ivara, ash and equinox are a real pain in the but, because equinox is basically two war-frames to farm ,and ivara+ash are just do the same mission for a slight chance to get their parts.
